Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use and manage personal data in accordance with Article 13 of D.lgs. n. 196/03 (Code on the protection of personal data) and Articles 13 and 14 of European Regulation 679/2016 (hereinafter also the “GDPR”).
This policy applies to this website only, and not to any other websites the user may visit via links. This policy is inspired by Recommendation No. 2/2001, adopted on 17 May 2001 by the European data protection authorities gathered in the Working Party established under Article 29 of Directive 95/46/EC, which identifies certain minimum requirements for the online collection of personal data, and in particular the manner, timing and nature of the information that data controllers must provide to users when they access web pages, regardless of the purpose of the visit. We therefore invite you to review our Privacy Policy, set out below.
1. Data Controller
The data controller is Risadelli Vincenzo, with registered office at Via Nazionale 43, Modica (RG), email mgmantincendio@gmail.com, phone +39 3383777686.

- Identification data (first name, last name, email address, phone number, etc.).
- Browsing data (IP address, browser type, usage data).
- Payment and billing data, where applicable.
- Other information voluntarily provided by users through forms or direct communications.
It is useful to know that the site’s software procedures acquire, during their normal operation, certain personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of internet communication protocols. Although this information is not intended to be associated with identified individuals, by its very nature, if combined with other data held by third parties (e.g. your internet service provider), it could allow users to be identified. This category of data includes the IP addresses or domain names of the computers used by users connecting to the site, the URI addresses of the resources requested, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file received in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the server, and other parameters relating to the user’s operating system and computing environment. This data is used solely for anonymous statistics on the use of the site and to check that it is functioning correctly.
The Data Controller and, depending on the service requested, the designated Data Processor retain the connection/browsing log (LOG) for a limited period as required by law, in order to respond to any requests from the judicial authorities or other public bodies legally entitled to request such logs to establish liability in the event of computer crimes.
Except as specified for browsing data, users are free to decide whether or not to provide the personal data requested in the service registration form. On that form, however, certain fields may be marked as mandatory; this means that such data is necessary for the provision of the requested service. If this data is not provided, the requested service cannot be supplied.

In any case, personal data is not disclosed to third parties or made public without the prior consent of the data subject, except in the cases expressly provided for by Article 24 of D.lgs. n. 196/03 and the GDPR.

In any case, your personal data will not be sold or transferred to third parties for commercial purposes without your explicit consent.
7. Data retention

Data subjects have the right, at any time, to obtain confirmation of whether or not such data exists, to know its content and origin, to verify its accuracy or to request that it be supplemented, updated or corrected. Under the same article, the data subject has the right to request the deletion, anonymisation or blocking of data processed in violation of the law, as well as to object, on legitimate grounds, to its processing in any case.
