Maintenance of REI fire-rated doors: in accordance with UNI 11473-1

REI fire-rated doors need to keep both their fire resistance and their mechanical performance intact over the years. In line with UNI 11473-1, we inspect door closers, seals, locks, hinges, adjusters and signage, and we replace any component that shows wear or damage. We also confirm that the door was installed correctly and supply the paperwork needed for audits or inspections. It’s a service well suited to hotels, schools, hospitals, industrial premises and residential buildings.
